The Consumer Team Moves To KRLD Radio

The Consumer Team talk radio program is moving to 1080 KRLD Radio effective August 26, 2012.   The program will be heard Saturdays from 5-7PM.   However, because of sports programming on August 25 on KRLD, the first Consumer Team program will be heard from 4-6PM on Sunday, August 26.

KRLD is the top rated news station in Dallas/Ft. Worth according to the most recent ratings.   Pete Thomson, host of The Consumer Team, commented,  “Our team is thrilled to have an opportunity to join one of the top CBS news stations in the US.   CBS/Dallas management has shown a high level of interest in our program for some time now.   The opportunity to be part of KRLD’s weekend line-up is exciting.”

Each week, The Consumer Team radio program features news and information designed help consumers save time, money and avoid grief in their consumer lives.   The program regularly features interviews with writers from Consumer Reports Magazine in New York and airs the popular Consumer Reports feature, “Report to Consumer”.
