(DALLAS-FT. WORTH TEXAS – Consumer Team News) Twas two nights before Christmas, when like the good homeowner, I was checking all my outside hose bibs to make sure they were wrapped and insulated in preparation for another Texas deep freeze that was to hit by the next day, December 23rd.
