Website Design Can Be Cost Effective

Business owners regularly pay way too much for website design, according to Pete Thomson, host of The Consumer Team radio program.   This Saturday, Tom Burnett, President of DFW Web Design will appear on The Consumer Team to talk about how business owners can get a high quality website design for just several hundred dollars.   According to Thomson, “Prior to 2008, I regularly met business owners who had paid more than $30,000 for a website design.  And although the recession has naturally brought prices down to reality, there are still plenty of designers charging too much for basic designs.”

According to Thomson, Burnett and his company DFW Web Design offer high quality for a fair price.  Thomson added, “We built our Consumer Team site for under $1,000.   Adding features like video and eCommerce to a site does increase the cost, but not by the amount that many designers charge.”   Thomson added, “Tom and DFW Web Design make a profit but they don’t make all their profit from one customer.   Since he’s started back in the early 2000s, Tom has built over 300 websites for small business.”
